海口市2000～2008年5岁以下儿童死亡监测分析

目的：了解海口市5岁以下儿童死亡病因、死亡率及动态变化状况，为制定干预策略提供科学依据。方法：对海口市2000～2008年5岁以下儿童死亡监测资料进行汇总、整理和分析。结果：海口市2000～2008年5岁以下儿童死亡率为12．80‰；前5位死因是早产、畸形、窒息、肺炎、意外死亡；年龄构成显示新生儿死亡占66．39％，婴儿死亡占84．71％，1—4岁儿童死亡占15．29％。结论：降低5岁以下儿童死亡率的重点是强化孕期健康教育，提高保健服务质量，尤其是要降低新生儿的死亡率。

Monitoring analysis of children death under 5 years old from 2000 to 2008 in Haikou

Objective:To investigate the cause for children death under 5 years old,mortality and dynamic change in Haikou,and provide evidence for establishing intervention strategy.Methods:Summarized,sorted out and analyzed the monitoring data of children death under 5 years old in Haikou from 2000 to 2008.Results:The mortality of children under 5 years old was 12.80%.Premature delivery,malformation,asphyxia,pneumonia and accidence death were the main cause.Newborn accounted for 67.76% in death children,infant accounted for 72.02%,and children aged 1~4 years old accounted for 15.29%.Conclusion:Strengthening health education during pregnancy,boosting health care quality,especially lowering the mortality of infants are the key to decreasing the mortality of children under 5 years old.
