子痫前期患者胎盘组织中血小板内皮细胞黏附分子-1的表达

目的:检测子痫前期患者和正常孕妇胎盘组织中血小板内皮细胞黏附分子-1(PECAM-1)的表达水平,探讨PECAM-1在子痫前期发病机制中的作用。方法:选取2005年5月~2006年5月在我院产科住院分娩病例80例,分为3组:轻度子痫前期组20例,重度子痫前期组30例,正常晚孕组(NT组)30例;胎盘组织中PECAM-1的表达水平采用免疫组化PV-9000法测定。结果:PECAM-1表达于胎盘绒毛血管内皮,重度子痫前期组同正常晚孕组比较,PECAM-1的表达水平降低(P<0.05),轻度子痫前期组分别同正常晚孕组和重度子痫前期组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PECAM-1表达于胎盘绒毛血管内皮细胞上,在重度子痫前期患者中表达降低,且随病情的加重其表达水平不断降低。

Expression of platelet endothlial cell adhesion molecule - 1 in placenta of pre - eclampsia patients

Objective:The expressions of PECAM-1 in the placenta tissue to elucidate its role in the etiology of pre-eclampsia.Methods:The subjects were divided into mild pre-eclampsia group(n=20),severe pre-eclampsia group(n=30) and normal advanced pregnant group(n=30);PV-9000 polymer detection system(immunohistochemistry) was applied to detect the expressions of PECAM-1.Results:PECAM-1 expressed in the cytoplasm of the vessel endothelium of placental,which levels of severe pre-eclampsia group declines compared with that of the normal group(P<0.05),while there was no statistical difference between mild and severe pre-eclampsia group and normal group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The level of PECAM-1 expression is declined in severe pre-eclampsia patients,and it declines with the development of pre-eclampsia.
