我国心肌致密化不全的临床文献分析

目的 :了解我国心肌致密化不全 (NVM )的发病现状和临床特征 ,提高对NVM的诊断意识和治疗水平。方法 :通过中国期刊全文数据库检索出 1994年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 3月国内发表的报道NVM的文献共 12篇(34例 ) ,同时收录 2 0 0 2年 2月和 2 0 0 3年 3月先后在我院收治的 2例 ,共对其 36例NVM患者进行回顾性分析。结果 :NVM可发生于任何年龄 ,男性较多见 ;该病多数单独存在 ,也可合并其他心脏畸形 ;主要临床表现是心力衰竭、心律失常和血栓形成 ;超声心动图在该病的诊断中具有重要价值。结论 :NVM是我国重要的心肌病 ,应予以重视 ,早期诊断及治疗可改善预后。

An assemble investigation of noncompaction of ventricular myocardium in China

Objective:To understand the present situation and clinical characteristics of Noncompaction of Ventricular Myocardium (NVM) in China ,so as to improve the identification and therapeutic level of NVM.Method:There were 36 patients of NVM in the study. It included 34 cases (12 documents) reported by civil documents January 1994 to March 2003 by searching the Chinese Journal Full-text Database and 2 cases registered by our hospital February 2002 and March 2003 respectively. Retrospective assemble study was done.Result:The age of onset ranged from infancy to geriatric age. The males had higher incidence than females. The majority of NVM came on isolatedly, whereas some could occur with other congenital cardiovascular malformation. Although the most frequent sites involved were left ventricular apex and inferior wall, involvement of other left ventricular wall and right ventricle had also been reported. The most common presentation was congestive heart failure, arrhythmias and thromboembolism. Echocardiography had important value in establishing diagnosis.Conclusion:NVM is an important cardiomyopathy. It should be payed more attention by clinicians. Early diagnosis and treatment without delay are critical to improve prognosis.
