Ⅰ期假体植入乳房再造在保留乳头乳腺癌改良根治术中的临床应用

目的  探讨Ⅰ期假体植入乳房再造在保留乳头乳腺癌改良根治术中应用的可行性。方法  2005年2月至2009年4月对22例早期乳腺癌患者实施保留乳头的乳腺癌改良根治加Ⅰ期假体植入乳房再造术。按自愿原则采用假体植入Ⅰ期乳房再造，术后治疗按常规进行。结果  再造手术均取得成功,经过6～56个月随访,全部病例均未发现复发和转移,再造乳房形态自然,美容效果好,术后外观评价优良率90.9%，差者9.1%。其中2例乳头乳晕部分皮肤发生缺血坏死,通过换药愈合；2例术后出现轻度假体移位。结论  保留乳头乳腺癌改良根治术后Ⅰ期假体植入乳房再造美容效果满意,手术操作简单易行，是早期乳腺癌患者的一种安全有效的手术方式。 

Nipple preserving modified radical mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction with silicone prosthesis for breast cancer

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of immediate breast reconstruction(IBR) following nipple preserving modified radical mastectomy in treatment of breast cancer.
