| 摘 要： | 瘦素（Leptin）是脂肪组织表达的一种调节能量的激素。其受体分布广泛，影响机体许多生理系统及代谢通路。随着对Leptin的进一步研究，人们对其作用已不再限于肥胖和消瘦的范畴。Leptin与胃黏膜功能密切相关，参与了胃癌及胃相关疾病的病理生理过程。 |

| Abstract: | Leptin is a kind of energy-modulation hormone expressed by fat tissue. Its receptor has a wide distributing in human body which affects much physiological systems and metabolize access. With the further researches to leptin, its function is not localized fatness and thinness. Leptin is closely associated with the function of gastric mucosa. It attends the pathophysiological course of gastric cancer and gastric -related disease. |
