卡铂联合希罗达用于中晚期宫颈鳞癌新辅助化疗的临床观察

目的了解全新设计的卡铂、希罗达方案用于中晚期官颈癌新辅助化疗的疗效和安全性。方法将58例国际妇产科协会(FIGO)分期为 IB2期及以上的宫颈鳞癌患者随机分为卡铂+希罗达组(26例)、顺铂+5-Fu 组(22例),经3周期化疗观察两组间疗效和化疗副反应的差异。结果卡铂+希罗达组与顺铂+5-Fu 组总有效率差异无显著性意义(69.2%和63.6%,P>0.05),卡铂+希罗达组白细胞下降、静脉炎的发生率显著低于顺铂+5-Fu 组,手足综合征虽常见,但易于处理且不影响治疗,其他副反应发生率均较低。结论卡铂+希罗达方案用于中晚期宫颈鳞癌的新辅助化疗疗效确切、安全性好,具有临床应用价值。

Clinical Observation of Carboplatin combined with Xeloda in the Chemotherapy of Advanced Squamous Carcinoma of Uterine Cervix

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Carboplatin combined with Xeloda in the chemotherapy of advanced squamous carcinoma of the uterine cervix.Methods 58 patients with stage IB2 or beyond IB2 of the squamous cervical carcinoma were randomized into group A or group B.Group A(26 cases)received neoadjuvant chemotherapy based on carboplatin combined with Xeloda.Group B(22 cases)received neoadjuvant chemotherapy based on Cisplatin combined with 5-Fu.After 3 cycles therapy,we compared the efficacy and side effects of two groups.Results The total effective rate has no remarkable difference between Carboplatin combined with Xeloda group and Cisplatin combined with 5-Fu group.(P >0.05).The side effects of Carboplatin combined with Xeloda group are mild and can be tolerated well.Conclusion Neo- adjuvant chemotherapy based on Carboplatin combined with Xeloda is safe and effective treatment for advanced squamous car- cinoma of uterine cervix.
