| 摘 要： | 目的：分析肝硬化患者血脂变化的情况，及其与肝功能Child分级的关系。方法：以91例肝硬化患者为研究对象，并设50例正常门诊体检者为对照组，用Olympus 600全自动生化仪检测血脂水平和肝功。结果：肝硬化患者血脂水平较正常对照显著降低（P＜0．01），且血脂水平随肝功能损害加重而降低。与血清白蛋白水平无相关性。结论：血脂水平是反映肝功能损害的重要指标，可用于判断病情，估计预后。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To investigate the condition of variation of lipid and lipoprotein in patients with hepatocirrhosis, and the relation between that and Child grades of liver function. Methods: To study 91 patients with hepatocirrhosis, and compare with 50 normal healthy people. Results: Level of lipid and lipoprotein in patients is significantly lower than normal contrast group (P<0.01), and the level will decline with the live function becoming weaker. Conclusion: Level of lipid and lipoprotein is and important indication for how trouble the liver function damaged, and this can be used to predict prognosis. |
