| 摘 要： | 对陕西、河北、山东出产的红富士苹果中的钾、钠、镁、铁、钙、铜、锌、锰和磷的含量进行测定分析,通过比较,同品种而生长在不同地区的苹果中某些元素含量存在显著性差异,有些元素差异不显著。

| Abstract: | The content of Potassium,Calcium,Sodium,Magnesium,Copper,Zinc,Iron,Manganese and Phosphonium in Red Fuji apples produced at Shanxi,Hebei and Shandong provinces were determined and analysed,by comparing,there is significant difference in some elements of apples that are same type but come from different regions and the difference of some other elements is not significant. |
