摘    要:青光眼是世界上第二大致盲眼病,其早期诊断及远期监测非常重要。光学相干断层成像(opticalcoherencetomo-graphy,OCT)自问世以来,一直广泛地被应用于青光眼的诊断,尤其在视网膜神经纤维层厚度的测量上。频域光学相干断层成像(spectraldomainOCT,SD-OCT)是最新一代的OCT扫描技术,相比之前三代OCT,其技术参数愈加完善,具有分辨率更高、扫描速度更快的特点,理论上其在青光眼的早期诊断和远期随访上的应用价值可能更高。本文就SD-OCT对比前三代OCT在青光眼的早期诊断和监测中的价值作一综述。
