癌性骨痛放射治疗分割模式研究

目的:探讨恶性肿瘤骨转移放射治疗的理想分割模式。方法:以例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者为研究对象。按不同的165放射治疗分割方法分为三组:Ⅰ组(常规分割组)、Ⅱ组(较大分割组)、Ⅲ组(大分割组)。分别比较它们的疗效、骨痛分值、止痛起效时间和疼痛缓解程度。结果:恶性肿瘤骨转移放射治疗的总有效率为,总显效率为,其中组与94.5w.0%IIII组显效率相比P;各组放疗前后骨痛分值均明显降低(、组<0.05IIIP,组<0.05IIIP);组与组、组与组相比平均起<0.01IIIIIIIII效时间均有显著性差异(分别为P,<0.01P)。从止痛起效时间,骨痛缓解程度等参数分析,大分割组(组)明显优<0.05III于其它二组。结论:大分割模式是恶性肿瘤骨转移放射治疗的理想方法。

Study of fractionation regimen of radiotherapy in bone pain caused by cancer

Objective: To explore the ideal fractionated regimen of radiotherapy applied in malignant tumor with bone metastases. Methods: 165 patients with bone metastases were admitted in our department from May 1996 to Dectember 2000 and answered to the inclusive criteria. According to the different radiotherapeutic fractionation regimen, they were divided into three groups: Group I (conventional fractionation), Group II (large fractionation) and Group III (larger fractionation). Their different efficacy, bone pain score, initial time of effect and relieved degree of bone pain were compared respectively. Results: The total response rate of radiotherapy applied in malignant tumor with bone metastases is 94.5%, the striking response rate is 77.0%, and there is statistical diversity in striking response rate between Group III and Group I (P<0.05); of the three groups, there is statistical difference in terms of the bone pain score before and after radiotherapy (Group I and Group II, P<0.05; Group III P<0.01); comparing Group III with Group I and Group III with Group II, there is striking diversity in the initial time of effect (P<0.01, <0.05, respectively). As far as the initial time of effect, bone pain score and relieved degree of bone pain and so on, the larger fractionation group (Group III) are superior to the other groups. Conclusion: Larger fractionation regimen is the ideal approach of radiotherapy applied in malignant tumor with bone metastases.
