| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨运用罗伊（Roy）适应模式对急性心肌梗死（AMI）病人实施护理的效果。方法：对33例AMI病人实施Roy适应模式，根据对病人的三级评估，找出生理、自我概念、角色功能、相互依赖四个方面所存在的健康问题及刺激因素，有针对性实施护理措施，评价疗效。结果：实施Roy适应模式后，观察组的并发症及Zung焦虑量表因子分均显著低于对照组，而病人的满意度、相关知识及技巧掌握程度明显高于对照组。结论：实施Roy适应模式能有效地缓解病人的心理焦虑反应，减少并发症发生。
