略述辨证论治慢性萎缩性胃炎

目的探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎中医证型分布规律,为本病证候规范化的进一步研究提供依据。方法对近10年来以中医药为主诊治慢性萎缩性胃炎的文献进行整理,并进行统计分析、归纳。结果 34篇文献中慢性萎缩性胃炎证候出现频率大小依次为：脾胃虚弱、肝胃不和、胃阴不足、脾胃湿热、胃络瘀血。结论临床按照脾胃虚弱、肝胃不和、胃阴不足、脾胃湿热、胃络瘀血5型辨证论治可覆盖大多数病例。

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective By studying the TCM syndrome distribution rules of chronic atrophic gastfitis（CAG） to provide basis for the further research on syndrome normalization of CAG. Methods On basis of collecting and analyzi-ng the literature of CAG treated by TCM in recent 10 years, do statistical ana-lysison the TCM syndrome distribution rules of CAG. Results The occurrence frequency of syndromes ranked in the order of weakness of the spleen and sto-mach, incoordination between the liver and stomach,yin deft ciency of stomah, splenogastric hygropyrexia,blood stasis of the collateral of the stomach meridian. Conclusion Patients were divided into 5 types, could cover most cases.
