| 摘 要： | 摘要：与美国风湿病协会(ACR)2008年治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)推荐意见相比，ACR 2012新的RA治疗推荐在治疗药物的选择与转换、高危人群生物制剂的选择、结核病的筛查及疫苗接种等方面提出了更详尽的建议。文章就该推荐的更新要点进行解读，以期对中国RA的临床治疗提供有意义的指导。
