经皮肺穿刺置管治疗老年人肺脓肿21例报告

目的　评价经皮肺穿刺置管治疗老年人肺脓肿的可行性及疗效。方法　经皮肺穿刺进入脓腔后置入引流管，经管抽吸、冲洗及局部用药。结果　２１ 例经上述治疗后无并发症发生。脓腔消失，症状缓解，白细胞计数及分类恢复正常。结论　经皮肺穿刺置管治疗老年人肺脓肿操作简便，损伤少，痛苦少，疗效满意。

TREATMENT OF ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH PULMONARY ABSCESS BY PERCUTANEOUS PNEUMOCENTESIS TUBE DRAINAGE

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and therapeutic effect of percutaneous tube drainage in treating lung abscess of elderly patients. Methods A chest drainage tube was inserted into the abscess cavity percutaneonsly.Aspiration and douche of the abscess cavity and local administration of antibiotics were then applied to the abscess.Results No complications occurred in 21 cases after treatment.Remission of the symptoms,resolution of abscess cavity and normal leukocyte count and classification were later observed.Conclusion Percutaneons pneumocentesis tube drainage in treating lung abscess of elderly people is simple in operation,safe,less injurious,less painful and satisfactory in therapeutic effect.
