600例经皮二尖瓣球囊成形术负性效应的观察与对策

目的　观察６００ 例经皮二尖瓣球囊成形术（ Ｐ Ｂ Ｍ Ｖ） 的负性效应并采取相应对策。方法　根据可能发生的负性效应，术前进行病人心理疏导、药物过敏皮试；术中严密观察左房压力曲线及心电监护，协助医生处理紧急情况；术后护理好病人等。结果　各类负性效应采取相应对策后，均取得满意效果。结论　 Ｐ Ｂ Ｍ Ｖ 是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。及时发现其负性效应并采取相应对策，能提高治愈率，降低死亡率。

OBSERVATIONS AND CORRESPONDING MEASURES TO THE NEGATIVE EFFECTS IN 600 CASES OF PERCUTANEOUS BALLOON MITRAL VALVULOPLASTY(PBMV)

Objective To observe the negative effects of 600 cases of PBMV and to take corresponding measures.Methods According to the negative effects that may happen,some measures were taken,such as preoperative mental preparations,drug sensitivity test,close monitoring of pressure curve of left atrium and electrocardiographic monitoring,asisting doctors in dealing with emergency cases and postoperative nursing,etc.Results Satisfactory effects were obtained after having taken corresponding measures to all kinds of negative effects.Conclusion PBMV is a safe and effective treatment.Timely discovery of the negative effects and corresponding measures can increase the cure rate and decrease the death rate.
