慢性酒精中毒致抑郁症状的临床特征（附18例分析）

目的　了解慢性酒精中毒所致抑郁症状的发生率、临床特点及转归。方法　通过住院卡检索出北京医科大学精神卫生研究所１７０ 例住院慢性酒精中毒性精神障碍患者中符合 Ｉ Ｃ Ｄ－ １０ 诊断标准的１８ 例慢性酒精中毒所致抑郁症状患者。结果　慢性酒精中毒所致抑郁症状的发生率为１０ ．５８ ％ ，其中２ 例（１１ ．１１ ％ ） 患者的临床特征与内源性抑郁症基本相同。结论　慢性酒精中毒所致抑郁症状的临床特征与内源性抑郁症不同，预后一般良好。

CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF DEPRESSION CAUSED BY CHRONIC ALCOHOLISM(WITH ANALYSIS OF 18 CASES)

Objective To investigate the incidence rate,clinical characteristics and conversion of depression caused by chronic alcoholism.Methods By retrieving the registration cards of 170 cases of inpatients with chronic alcoholism,among them 18 cases of patients with depressive symptoms were diagnosed as conforming to the criteria of ICD-10.Results Of the 170 cases,18 patients (10.58%) conformed to the criteria of depression caused by chronic alcoholism,among whom 2 cases were similar to endogenous depression in their clinical characteristics.Conclusion Those patients with depression caused by chronic alcoholism differ from endogenous depression in their clinical characteristics and may achieve a better prognosis.
