643例快速性心律失常的分析

目的　了解快速性心律失常的常见类型及各类快速性心律失常的年龄分布。方法　用２４ｈ 动态心电图对６４３ 例快速心律失常者监测资料进行分析。结果　快速性室上性心律失常发生率最高（４６ ．９ ％ ） 。６０ 岁以上与＜ ６０ 岁之间快速性室上性心律失常与快速性室性心律失常的发生率存在显著性差异（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０５） 。室上性心律失常伴有缓慢型心律失常患者显著多于室性心律失常患者（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０５） 。室性早搏２４ｈ １ 万次以上患者显著多于房性早搏１ 万次以上患者（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论　快速型心律失常的常见类型为室上性心律失常，６０ 岁以上患者发生率高。室性心律失常发生率与年龄无直接关系，交界性心律失常极少发生。

ANALYSIS OF 643 CASES OF TACHY-ARRHYTHMIAS

Objective To observe the age-group distribution in order to understand the common types and proportion of tachy-arrhythmias.Methods Monitoring materials of dynamic electrocardiogram in 643 cases of arrhythmias were observed and analysed in 24 hours.Results Supraventricular tachy-arrhythmias was the most common type of arrhythmias(46.9%).There were significant differences of age-related proportion between supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias(aged between over 60 and less than 60)(P<0.05).Patients with supraventricular arrhythmias accompanied by brady-arrhythmias were significantly more than those with ventricular arrhythmias(P<0.05).Patients with over 10,000 times of ventricular extrasystole were significantly more than those with over 10,000 times of atrial premature beats in 24 hours(P<0.05).Conclusion The most common type of arrhythmias was supraventricular arrhythmias.People over 60 years old had a higher tendancy of occurrence.The occurring rate of ventricular arrhythmias was not directly related to age.Few of junctional arrhythmias were observed.
