复方大青叶注射液与复方氨基比林注射液配伍的药理研究

目的　探索复方大青叶注射液与复方氨基比林注射液配伍后的解热效果及毒性的变化。方法　采用化学刺激法使家兔致热后进行解热试验；按药典规定用小白鼠做异常毒性试验。结果　两药配伍降温效果减弱，起效慢，毒性增高。结论　此二种注射液有配伍禁忌，故不能配伍使用，建议临床纠正这一不合理的用药方案。

PHARMACOLOGICAL STUDY ON THE COMPATIBILITY OF BOTH COMPOUND ISATIS LEAF INJECTION AND COMPOUND AMIDOPYRINE INJECTION

Objective To explore the antifebrile effects and changes of toxicity after compatibility of both compound isatis leaf injection and compound amidopyrine injection.Methods Chemical irritants were used to make the rabbit fever and then antifebrile experiment was made .And abnormal toxicity experiment was made on the mouse according to the pharmacopeial standard.Results With the compatibility of both injections,the antifebrile effect decreased and slowed down,and the abnormal toxicity increased.Conclusion There exists an incompatibility between the two injections and therefore these two injections cannot be administered in compatibility.It is suggested that this unreasonable administration should be corrected clinically.
