探讨护士的压力及应对措施

目的探讨护理人员的工作压力状况。方法采用现状调查,应用护士工作压力源量表对医院工作1年以上的260名护理人员进行调查。结果49.1%的护士处于高压水平。护士的压力源主要来自护理专业及护理人员工作本身,担心工作中出现差错事故占59.7%;上班护理人员数量少、身心健康失衡占46.6%;担心患者及家属投诉占47.4%;护理人员考核太多占92.7%;导致事业追求的心理失衡占50%;接受各种检查占88.5%。结论合理配置人力资源,提高护士心理保健能力,加强业务素质和职业道德培养是减轻护士压力源的关键。

Discuss Nurses' Pressure and Precautions Applied

Objective Discuss nursing staffs＇ condition of work pressure. Methods By using condition investigation right now, they investigate 260 nursing staffs working over 1 year with work pressure test sheet of nurses. Results 49.1% nurses are in high pressure level. The pressure is mainly from nursing major and the job itself： Pressure from worry of making mistakes and accidents is about 59.7%; nurses＇ body and mind are disqualified because the number of nurses at work is few, the pressure is 46.6%; the pressure from worry about dissatisfaction from patients and their families is about 47.4%; pressure from too many nursing qualification tests is 92.7%; mental bother of career climbing causes 50%; accepting different kinds tests causes 88.5%. Conclusion It is the key point to relieve nurses＇ pressure that they improve nurses＇ psychology protection ability and strengthen their business and career abilities by arranging nurses reasonably.
