胍丁胺对实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎中枢神经系统内细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-10的影响

摘    要:目的:观察胍丁胺对实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎(EAE)中枢神经系统(CNS)内细胞因子IFN-γ和IL-10的影响。方法:用豚鼠全脊髓匀浆免疫Wistar大鼠建立EAE动物模型,应用双抗体夹心ELISA法观察不同剂量胍丁胺(分别为25、50、100 mg/kg)对EAE大鼠脑和脊髓组织内细胞因子IFN-γ和IL-10水平的影响。结果:胍丁胺可降低Wistar大鼠EAE的发病率,减轻其临床症状。与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠脑和脊髓组织中的IFN-γ水平增加和IL-10水平降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),而胍丁胺干预的3组大鼠CNS内脑和脊髓组织中的IFN-γ水平降低和IL-10水平增加。结论:胍丁胺能调节EAE中的Th1/Th2比例平衡,降低IFN-γ水平,升高IL-10水平。
