扶正消瘤合剂治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的临床观察

将１２０例中医辨证属气虚血瘀的中晚期癌瘤患者随机分治疗组和对照组各６０例，治疗组用扶正消瘤合剂治疗；对照组则予化痰软坚方药治疗。两组均治疗１个月。结果，治疗组大多数患者的主要症状和生存质量明显改善，与对照组比较差异显著；治疗组细胞免疫功能保持稳定，而对照组则明显降低；治疗组的肿瘤进展率为３．３３％（２／６０）而对照组则为１５．００％（９／６０）（Ｐ＜０．０５）。表明扶正消瘤合剂在改善肿瘤患者生存质量和抑制肿瘤生长方面有较好疗效。

Clinical investigation of malignant tumors in middle and advanced phases treated with mixture for supporting the vital to eliminate tumor

One hundred and twenty patients with malignant tumour in middle or advanced stage diagnosised in TCM as syndrome of Qi-deficiency plus blood-stasis(气虚血瘀)were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases were treated with Fuzheng Xiaoliu mixture(扶正消瘤合剂)as treatment group,while the other 60 cases with the composed Chinese herbs to eliminate phlegm and dissipate mases(化痰散结) as control group.Both groups were treated for one month.The results showed that the improvment rates of main symptoms and living quality in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The functions of cellular immune in the treatment group kept stable,while those in the control group reduced.The rate of progressive disease in the treatment group was 3.33%(2/60),and that in the control group was 15.00%(9/60)( P <0.05).The study showed that the Fuzheng Xiaoliu mixture have effect on improving the living quality of tumour patients and inhibiting tumour growth.
