| 摘 要： | 目的]比较镍钛聚髌器(NT-PC)和AO改良张力带两种不同内固定方法治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效.方法]手术治疗髌骨骨折82例,A组38例采用NT-PC固定;B组44例AO改良张力带固定.结果]两种内固定均有良好的固定作用.A、B两组膝关节功能的优良率分别为97.37%、90.91%;膝关节活动度分别为89.47%、81.82%,组间比较差异无显著性.结论]两种内固定法治疗髌骨骨折具同样效果,术后膝关节功能恢复快,并发症少.

| Abstract: | Objective] To compare the clinical effect of two kinds of internal fixation methods on the treatment of patella fracture.Methods] 82 cases of patella fracture after surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Group A(38 cases)were managed by Ni-Ti patella concentrator fixation.Group B(44 cases)were managed by AO modified tension band fixation.Results] Two groups had well fixation.The excellent and good rates of the function of knee joints in group A and B were 97.37% and 90.91% respectively.The excellent and good rate of ROM in group A and B were 89.47% and 81.82% respectively.There was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion] Both different methods have the same efficiency for treatment of patella fracture,and the function of knee joints have been recovered rapidly,and there are less complications after surgery. |
