摘    要:本文报告了用区分剂量法、半数致死量法检测四川省主要传疟媒介-中华按蚊、嗜人按蚊对溴氰菊酯、pp′-223、马拉硫磷、氯菊酯的抗药性,并提出检测嗜人按蚊对上述杀虫剂抗药性的区分剂量。最后认为,用电生理或遗传学方法比用半数致死量法检测蚊虫对拟除虫菊酯的抗药性更为妥当。

Abstract:Drug resistance against deltamethrin, pp'-223, malathion and permethrin of main malaria vectors An. sinensis, An. anthropophagus in Sichuan were tested by methods of discriminating dosage and median lethal dose. The discriminating dosage for testing the drug resistance of An. anthropophagus against above insecticides was proposed. The authors suggested that to test drug resistance of mosquitoes against synthetic pyrethroid, it is more practical by the methods of electrophysi- ological and genetic examination than by median lethal dose.
