老年住院患者对静脉输液满意度调查分析及应对措施

摘    要:目的了解住院患者对护士输液技术满意度,以提出管理对策。方法对46例老年住院患者从认真查对床号与姓名、选择血管细心合理、一针见血、手法轻巧、告知药物的作用、操作熟练、协助患者采取舒适体位、解释和交待注意事项、巡视输液情况、语言规范亲切等10个方面进行问卷调查,结合收集资料进行统计学分析。结果调查结果显示,患者在告知药物的作用、协助患者采取舒适体位、解释和交待注意事项、巡视输液情况等4个方面患者满意度较低。结论全程规范静脉输液操作与护理,以提高老年住院患者对静脉输液的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the present situation of inpatients'satisfactory degree about intravenous infusion in order to put forward managing measure. Methods With questionnaire,an investigation was conducted in 46 inpatients concerning careful check of the bed number and name of patients, correct choose of blood, infusion only once, lightweight approach, informing the patients the function of the drugs,skilled operating,assisting the patients take a comfortable position, explain and give detailed instructions, examining the situation of intravenous infusion, cordial and specification language. Results Inpatients' satisfactory degree was low in explaining the effect of the medicine,helping the patients to be at ease,telling the patients what needs to be paid attention to and examining the situation of intravenous infusion. Conclusion Normative service of intravenous infusion can be implemented to improve senile inpatients' satisfactory degree.
