早期血液灌流-血液透析串联治疗急性重度乌头碱中毒疗效分析

目的:观察早期血液灌流-血液透析(HP-HD)串联治疗急性重度乌头碱中毒的临床疗效。方法:47例急性重度乌头碱中毒患者中,19例患者接受一般内科常规治疗(常规治疗组),28例患者在常规治疗的基础上加行HP-HD串联治疗(综合治疗组)。观察两组治疗前及治疗24h后的临床症状、APACHEⅡ评分及康复时间,并比较两组抢救存活率。结果:综合治疗组均康复出院,常规治疗组死亡4例。与常规治疗组比较,综合治疗组治疗24h后的临床症状、APACHEⅡ评分均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:早期HP-HD串联治疗急性重度乌头碱中毒,可加快缓解临床症状,缩短住院时间,降低死亡率。

Effect of early hemoperfusion and hemodialysis therapy on severe acute aconitine toxicosis

Objective：To observe clinical effects of early hemoperfusion and hemodialysis therapy（HP-HD）on severe acute aconitine toxicosis（SAAT）.Methods：Nineteen patients with SAAT were given conventional treatment（conventional group）,28 patients were also given an extral of early hemoperfusion and hemodialysis therapy at the same time（combined group）.Clinical symptoms,APACHE II score and rehabilitation time were observed before and 24 h after treatment,and survival rates were compared between the two groups.Results：All the patients received early hemoperfusion and hemodialysis therapy were cured and discharged while 4 patients in the conventional group died.Compared with the convention group,the clinical symptoms and APACHE II score in the combined group were significantly improved（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Early HP-HD treatment of SAAT can rapidly relieve the clinical symptoms,shorten hospibal stay and decrease mortality.It is worth clinical application in large scale.
