球帽型附着体的开发与临床应用

目的 利用天然牙的牙根放置自行研制的球帽型附着体，增强覆盖义齿的固位力。方法 将球形结构安放于牙根之上，球帽安放在覆盖义齿的基托中，利用球帽与球形结构上球头之间的磨擦产生固位力。结果 临床应用30例覆盖义齿的患者，义齿的固位力和稳定性能明显提高。结论 自行研制的球帽型附着体具有临床实用价值，达到了进口同类产品的性能。

Exploitation and clinical appliance of stud type attachments

Objective Using stud type attachments on the natural root in order to get retention for overdentures. Methods The ball was placed on the root cap coping and the socket on the base of overdentures, so that we could get the retention for making use of the friction between the ball and the socket. Results The retention and stability of the dentures had great improvement, using clinical appliance of stud type attachments in thirgy patients with overdentures. Conclusion The stud type attachments have practically value in clinical appliance and the same capabilities compared with congeneric import production.
