| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨非鼻腔及鼻咽部CD56＋与CD56－T细胞淋巴瘤与EB病毒的相关性。方法：收集11例CD56＋与14例CD56－非鼻腔及鼻咽部淋巴瘤，用免疫组化SP法确定瘤细胞本质，使用的抗体包括CD3、CD20、CD45RO、CD56等。用原位杂交法检测EB病毒编码的RNA（EBER1／2）。结果EBER1／2检出率在CD56＋的TCL中占18．2％（2／11），在CD56－的TCL中占28．6％（4／14），两者比较无统计学差异（P＝0．452）。结论：非鼻腔及鼻咽部TCL中EBV感染与CD56的表达无关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between Epstein - barr virus with non - nasal/nasopharyngealCD56 + and CD56 - Tcell lymphomas. Methods llcases CD56 + TCL and 14 cases CD56 - TCL were collectedImmunohistochemistry involved CD3, CD2O, CD45RO and CD56 were used for detection of lineage characteristicin paraffin section. In situ hibtidization (ISH) was performed with the pmbe of EBV-encoded small nuclear RNAs(EBERs) Results l8.2%(2/l1) CD56+ and 28.6%(4/14) CD56-non-nasal TCL were EBER-positivebut there was no statistical difference in two types( P =0.452). ConclusIon There was no direct relation of EBVinfections with non - nasallnasophaiyngeal CD56 positive lymphonias. |
