大黄苏打片佐治危重症并胃肠功能衰竭患儿临床观察

目的:观察大黄苏打片对危重症并急性胃肠功能衰竭患儿的治疗效果。方法:38例危重症并急性胃肠功能衰竭患儿在常规治疗基础上口服大黄苏打片。入院当日及治疗72 h后检测TNF-α、IL-6、CRP、乳酸,观察患儿症状的变化,与30例对照组惠儿比较。结果:治疗后两组患儿情况明显改善。治疗组改善显著(P<0.05)。治疗组血清TNF-α、IL-6、CRP及乳酸下降大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:大黄苏打片可以保护胃粘膜,减少炎症损伤,配合常规治疗可以提高危重症并急性胃肠功能衰竭患儿抢救成功率。

Observation of therapeutic effects of table Rhubarb and Sodium Bicarbonate on gastrointestial failure of critical children

Objective: To observe the efficacy of table Rhubarb and Sodium Bicarbonate in treating critical children complicated with gastrointestinal failure. Methods: 68 cases of critical children complicated with gastrointestinal failure were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group ( n = 38) were treated with table Rhubarb and Sodium Bicarbonate used in addition to the routine treatment, while the control group ( n = 30) were treated only routinely. The childrens' clinical variation^blood serum TNF-a,IL-6,CRP and lactic acid levels variation were monitored and compared before the treatment and 72 hour after the treatment. Result: The total response rates of the treatment and the control groups were 86% and 60%, respectively ( P < 0. 05) , and blood serum TNF-a, LI-6, CRP and lactic acid levels in treatment group were more obviously decreased than those control one ( P<0. 01). Conclusion: Table Rhubarb and Sodium Bicarbonate can protect gastric mucous membrane and relieve inflammation damage, as an add-on therapy which significantly improve efficacy of gastrointestinal failure after critical children.
