| 摘 要： | 目的了解贵州省城乡中年居民牙周疾病情况及其影响因素,为开展口腔预防保健提供信息支持。方法按《第三次全国口腔健康流行病学抽样调查方案》检查受检者牙周健康情况,同时进行问卷调查。结果贵州省中年居民牙龈出血检出率、牙周结石检出率、牙周袋检出率和附着丧失检出率分别为79.7%、96.6%、21.0%和16.4%,城乡居民牙龈出血检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男女牙周结石检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);城乡居民和男女附着丧失检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。农村居民牙龈出血情况高于城市居民;吸烟是发生牙结石、牙周袋的危险因素;男性居民牙周结石和附着丧失的发生率高于女性;牙签可降低附着丧失的发生率。结论贵州中年居民牙周情况不佳,农村地区尤其严重,必须加强牙周疾病预防工作。
