针刺手法与针体受力参数的对比研究

摘    要:为了客观定量研究针刺手法的特征性和差异性,应用安装在针灸针体上的力和力矩微型传感器系统测量了临床针刺过程中针体上的受力数值和波形,并对均匀捻转、均匀提插、捻转补法、捻转泻法、提插补法和提插泻法等6种手法进行了系统研究与分析。实验发现:同一施针者采用不同手法或同一手法在新鲜猪肉和人活体运针时针体上的力无论是波形还是数值都有较大差异,而不同施针者采用同一针法运针时针体上的力几乎没有大的差异。因此可采用针体受力大小和波形作为针刺手法的客观定量参数。

Abstract:In order to study the characteristic s and differences of acupuncture man ipulations quantitative-ly and objectively,we applied a mini ature sensor of force and moment,whi ch was set on the acupuncture needle,to detect the strength and wa veforms of the force on the needle dur ing the clinical acupuncture pro-cess.Meanwhile,we made systematic research and analysis on the six mani pulations such as symmetical twirling -rotating,symmetrical lifting -inserting,lifting -inserting supplement,lifting -inserting c atharsis,twirling -rotating supplement and t wirling -rotating catharsis.The re search demonstrated:1)both the wave-forms and strength of the force on nee dle are of significant discrepancy w hen same manipulator applies dif-ferent manipulations on fresh pork a nd human body in vivo;2)there is nearly no discrepancy when d ifferent manipulatos apply same manipulatio ns.Therefore,the strength and /or w aveform of the force could be taken as objective and quantitative param eters of the acupuncture manipulations.
