帕金森病患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ与一氧化氮水平的变化

摘    要:目的探讨血清一氧化氮(NO)、生长激素(GH)、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)在帕金森病(PD)患者中的改变特征。方法采用硝酸还原酶法和化学发光法分别检测80例PD患者和78例健康体检者血清NO、GH、IGF-Ⅰ和IGFBP-3水平,并对两组结果进行对比分析。结果 PD组血清NO水平低于对照组([3.3±0.4)(5.2±0.4)mol/L,〈0.01];PD组的血清IGF-Ⅰ浓度高于对照组([166±43)(136±35)ng/mL,〈0.01],但两组血清GH和IGFBP-3水平比较差异无统计学意义(〉0.05)。结论 PD患者的血清NO水平降低,IGF-Ⅰ水平上升,这可能与PD时机体对潜在的病理紊乱产生的局部适应反应和保护机制有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of serum nitric oxide (NO),growth hormone (GH),insulin-like growth fector-1 (IGF-1) and insulin-like growth binding protein-3(IGFBP-3) concentrations in the patients with Parkinson' s disease (PD). Methods 80 patients with PD and 78 matched healthy subjects as controls were included in this study. The serum NO were measured by nitrate reductase technique and GH,IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were detected by Chemiluminescence detection. Results The serum NO level of patients in PD group was sig-nificantly lower than that of the control group ([3.3±0.4)vs(5.2±0.4) mol/L,P0.01]. The serum IGF-1 in PD group was higher than that of the control group([166±43)vs(136±35)ng/mL,P0.01]; however,there were no statistically significant differences on the GH,IGFBP-3 levels between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusions The decreased NO level and the elevated concentration of IGF-Ⅰ in the serum of patients with PD may be associated with adaptation or protective mechanisms in the neurodegerative disease processes such as PD.
