二维超声心动图对主动脉夹层动脉瘤的诊断价值

1984～1985年,我院曾收住两例拟诊为急性心肌梗塞,一例为冠心病左心功能不全的患者,在二维超声心动图上可见典型的主动脉夹层动脉瘤的表现,从而得到确诊。我们认为此项检查操作简便,无创,能及时诊断,便于追踪观察,优于其他检查方法。

The TWO-Dimentional eehocardiography for the diagnosis of aorti cdjssecting aneurysm.

3 hospitalized cases with aortic dissecting aneurysm(ADA)diagnosed with 2-DE are reported.Case 1 was a male 72 years old,wrongly diagnosed as inferior myocardial infarction,case 2,a male,63 years old,as inferior and anterior myocardial infarction,while the other one,male,51 years old, as coronary heart disease with left cardiac insufficiency during admission. All had typical 2-DE images of ADA.Each diameter of the ascending aorta was over 65mm in all of the 3 cases.The inner layers of anterior and pos- terior walls were dissected and 4 parallel lines were formed.Between inner and outer layers were false lumina. Diagnosis of ADA.should be made with aortic angiography,but it is traumatic.CT shows typical images,but it is too expensive to do in conven- tion.The manupulation of 2-DE is simple and noninvasive.Thus the disease can be detected in time and followed up.Our opinion is that this technique worths wide spread.
