改良酸测琼脂板法检测金黄色葡萄球菌的青霉素酶

摘    要:用改良酸测琼脂板法检测了71株金黄色葡萄球菌的青霉素酶,并与Park酸测琼脂板法作了对比。结果二者完全一致,但改良法结果更为清晰易辨。与液体倍比稀释法所测最小抑菌浓度(MIC)结果也完全相符。实验证实本法为一准确、可靠、价廉、快速的检测细菌青霉素酶的方法。

MODIFIED ACIDOMETRIC AGAR PLATE METHOD FOR DETECTION OF PENICILLINASE OF STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS

Abstract:Since the resistance of Staphylococcus aureus to penicillin was found to be due to the production of penicillin beta-lactamase (penicillinase). We have employed modified acidomtric agar plate method to detect penicillinase of strains of S. aureus and contrasted with Park's acidometric agar plate method. The results of this two methods were identical, 58 strains were positive and 13 were negative, but the results of the modified method were clearer than that of Park's method. All results correlated with MICs. The results of experiment have been demonstrated that the modified acidometric agar plate method is a simple, inexpensive, accurate and rapid way tb determine S. aureus susceptibility of penicilli n.
