| 摘 要： | 目的：研究应用一种新型的速愈型医用敷料。方法：对采用自行研制的海藻酸药物缓释纤维敷料治疗80例患者，进行临床观察研究。结果：80例患者90个创面，甲级愈合68个，乙级愈合16个，丙级愈合6个，平均愈合时间10．6天。结论：海藻酸药物缓释纤维敷料有良好的生物相容性和多项促进伤口愈合的功能，是一种较好的伤口敷料。

| Abstract: | Objective To research and develop a novel-style wound dressing. Methods 80 patients treated with the new wound dressing of sustained-release alginate fiber were clinically observed. Result Among 90 wounds in 80 patients treated with the dressing, 68 wounds healed in grade A, 16 in grade B and 6 in grade C. Mean heal-time was 10.6 days. Conclustion The wound dressing of sustained-release alginate fiber is of sound biocompatibility and has many functions in speeding wound healing. |
