危急值报告制度在ICU护理安全管理中的应用

目的：探讨通过危急值报告制度的培训提高ICU护理安全的方法。方法选择本院ICU的38名护理人员，随机分为对照组和培训组，对培训组进行危急值报告制度多方位的培训；分析两组危急值报告制度的遵守情况、危急值改善时间、患者对病情的知晓情况（出现危急值后）和医师对护理的满意度情况。结果培训组的危急值报告制度遵守率（94．7％vs 57．9％，χ2＝7．13， P＜0．01）、患者对病情的知晓率（94．7％ vs 68．4％，χ2＝4．38， P＜0．05）和患者对护理的满意度（89．5％vs．42．1％，χ2＝9．47， P＜0．01）均高于对照组，而危急值改善时间短于对照组（3．1±0．9 vs 4．8±1．2， t＝1．85， P＜0．05）。结论危急值报告制度培训可提高ICU护理安全，帮助医师准确判断病情，帮助患者了解病情，提升医师对护理的满意度。

Application of ICU Critical Value Report System

Objective Through the training of critical value report system to improve ICU nursing safety . Methods 38 nurses in ICU of the hospital were randomly divided into control group and training group .The criti-cal value report system training was only carried out in the training group .The evaluation indices of two groups were analyzed .Results The indices of raining group , as compliance of critical value reporting system （ 94 .7% vs 57.9%,χ2 =7.13, P〈0.01）, the awareness of patients on the disease （94.7% vs 68.4%, χ2 =4.38, P〈0.05） and the satisfaction of doctors on nursing （89.5%vs 42.1%,χ2 =9.47, P〈0.01） were higher than those of control group.The time for improving critical value of training group was less than that of control group （3.1 ± 0.9 vs 4.8 ±1.2, t=1.85, P〈0.05）.Conclusions The application of critical value report system training can improve the ICU nursing security , help the doctor to determine the condition and patients understand the disease more accurately, and improve doctors＆#39;satisfaction on nursing care .
