Evaluation of Test Equipment Training in the Field Medical Team

The organizational methods and implement steps were introduced of evaluation activities of test equipment training in field medical team in the military hospital , which included the purpose, the setting of content,the formulation of grading standards, the organization of referee training, the setting of evaluation process, theappraisal conclusion and comment.The purpose was to explore the actual combat training evaluation methods of or -ganization and implementation.It is of important guiding significance to further revise and improve the standards oftest equipment training evaluation, to establish normalization and permanent training mechanism and to enhance themedical equipment support capability.
