| 摘 要： | 在区域一体化卫勤保障模式改革试点中，本院全军健康管理医学研究中心采取多种措施，以增强官兵健康意识，降低官兵疾病风险为目标，采取建立健康管理体系，实现健康管理无缝连接；加大人才培养力度，满足部队官兵健康需求；优化健康体检流程，实现健康信息互联共享；规范健康教育运作，提高官兵健康素养；完善军人健康评估体系，建立健康等级评价标准；加强心理骨干培训，提高心理卫生服务能力。

| Abstract: | As one pilot project of medical support mode of military regional integration , many reform meas-ures were taken in the hospital management as following to improve soldiers＇health awareness and reduce the risk of disease： establishing a personalized health management system to realize a seamless conjunction of health service ;improving service ability to meet the health demands ; optimizing the process of physical examination to share thehealth information; standardizing the operation of health education to promote the health literacy of soldiers ; completingthe assessment system to establish a health evaluation standard and reinforcing the training of elites to in -crease their psychological service capacities. |
