| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨体检科护士在糖尿病护理干预中的作用。方法选取到本院体检的糖尿病患者及高危人群100名，随机分成干预组和对照组，对照组进行常规健康教育，干预组在常规健康教育基础上参加糖友QQ群，以体检科护士为主组成的管理团队进行网上咨询，每月聚会上课一次；7个月后调查两组人员合理饮食、运动及糖脂等控制情况。结果与结论体检科护士通过建立糖友QQ群进行网上健康教育及定期聚会、上课，使患者增加对糖尿病的了解，建立良好的生活方式，对糖尿病患者及高危人群健康干预效果明显，尤其受到在职工作忙很难抽出时间上医院的糖尿病患者及高危人群的欢迎，具有实用性和可操作性，是一种较新的健康教育方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the function of nurses in diabetes nursing intervention .Methods 100 patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly .The normal health education was carried out in control .The nurses provide consultation for the intervention group , and have special lesson once a month . Seven months later , the indices were analyzed as the condition of diet , sports and chemical index of the body .Re-sults and Conclusion The intervention can help the patient to understand the disease scientifically , and establish good lifestyle .It is a good health education mode . |
