以草酸铂为主的联合化疗治疗晚期胃肠道癌的临床研究

目的 评价草酸铂联合5-FU和C17治疗晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤的疗效、耐受性及毒副反应。方法 55例晚期胃肠道癌病人，应用OXA130mg／m^2第一天静点4小时，CF7100mg/m^2，第一天至第五天静点，5-FU400mg／m^2，第一天至第五天静点。21天重复，2周期以上评价疗效。结果总有效率50．9％，完全缓解率3．6％。毒性反应以恶心、呕吐常见，其次为骨髓抑制、腹泻、末梢神经炎，但反应轻微。结论 OLF方案是治疗晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤较好的方案，毒副作用可以耐受。

Clinical study of treatment of advanced gastrointestinal Cancer mainl OXA combined with chemotherapy

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and toxicity of the combination chemotherapy with OXA plus 5 - FU and CF in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer. Methods 55 cases of advanced gastrointeatinal cancer were treated with combination chemotherapy of OXA 130mg/m^2 dl , intravenous injection , CF 100mg/m^2 d1 -5 intravenous injection, 5 -FU 400mg/m^3 d1 -5 intravenous injection, repeated every 21 day . The evaluation of therapeutic effect was more than 2 cycles. Results The overal response rate was 50. 9% . complete response rate was 3.6%. The main side - effects were vomiting, inhibition of bone morrow, nausea, peripheral, neuropathy, diarrhea. Toxicity was comparatively mild. Conclusions The OLF regimen is regarded as a better therapeutic regimen for advanced gastrointestinal cancer and toxic side - effects are tolerant.
