| 摘 要： | 目的：本文介绍了示、中指近节背侧蝶形筋膜皮瓣治疗虎口瘢痕挛缩的手术方法及其适应症。方法：与其他方法相较，认为示、中指近节背侧蝶形筋膜皮瓣治疗虎口瘢痕挛缩具有治疗时间短，血供充足皮瓣易于成活，可携带桡神经浅支移位，使皮瓣有感觉神经支配,且皮瓣外观漂亮,结果与结论：适于虎口瘢痕挛缩畸形的修复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To introduce surgical method and operation indication of the island fasciocutaneous flap from the proximal dorsum of the index and middle finger .Method:Contrast operational time of the transposition flap is short , and it is apt to success , better sensory recovery .pretty appearance because of the transposition fasciocutaneous flap incorporating rich blood supply and the superficial bunch of radical nerve.Result and Conclusion:The island fasciocutaneous flap is indicated for repair of first web space scarred skin contracture . |
