农村幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡患者治疗费用与疗效分析

目的 比较３种治疗方案愈合十二指肠溃疡、根除幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）费用－效果关系，寻找有效价廉适合农村推广的ＨＰ要除方案。方法 将９０例十二指肠溃疡患者随机分成ＯＭＣ组（奥美拉唑＋克拉霉素＋甲硝唑）、ＲＦＴ组（雷尼替丁＋呋喃唑酮＋四环素＿、ＲＭＧ组（雷尼替丁＋甲硝唑＋庆大霉素），每组０３例，作为分析模型。分别以溃疡愈合与ＨＰ要除为观察终点，进行费用－效果分析。结果 ＯＭＣ，ＲＦＴ和ＲＭＧ组溃疡愈合率分

A cost-effective therapy for duodenal ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection

Objective To search for a cost-effective combined therapy for duodenal ulcer with Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection.Methods 90 patients with active duodenal ulcer complicated with Hp infection were randomised into 3 groups: Group OMC received 1-week of omeprazole, clarithromycin, and metronidazole followed by 4-week of omeprazole Group RFT received 2-week of ranitidine, furazolidone, and tetracycline followed by 3-week of ranitidine Group RMG received 2-week of ranitidine, metronidazde and gentamycine followed by 3-week of ranitidine Results Ulcer healing rates were 96 7%, 86 7% and 80 0% in group OMC, RFT, and RMG, respectively ( P >0 05). Eradication rates of Hp were 96 7%, 90 0% and 66 7% in group OMC, RFT, and RMG, respectively (OMC vs RFT P >0 05, OMC or RFT vs RMG P <0 05). The costs of the group RFT were less than those group OMC for ulcer healing ($ 37 5 vs $ 1 273 4 per case, P <0 01 ) and Hp eradication ($36 1 vs $1 273 4 per case, P <0 01). Conclusion RFT therapy is more cost- effective than the OMC therapy in curing ulcer and for eradication of Hp.
