吲哒帕胺、依那普利及两者联合治疗高血压病的对比性研究

目的 :对比吲哒帕胺、依那普利及两者联合治疗轻中度原发性高血压 (EH)的临床疗效。方法 :将 1 2 0例轻中度EH患者分为吲哒帕胺组 (n=4 0 )、依那普利组 (n=4 0 )和吲哒帕胺与依那普利联合用药组 (联合组 ,n=4 0 )。分别给予吲哒帕胺 2 .5 mg·次 - 1 · d- 1 口服、依那普利 1 0 mg· 2次 - 1 · d- 1 口服、吲哒帕胺 2 .5 mg·次 - 1 · d- 1 和依那普利 1 0 mg· 2次 - 1· d- 1口服 ,3组疗程 1 2周。结果 :吲哒帕胺组、依那普利组及联合组降压总有效率分别为 5 7.5 %、6 5 %和92 .5 % ;吲哒帕胺组与依那普利组之间总有效率比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但两者与联合组之间总有效率比较具有极显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。 3组对糖代谢、脂代谢均无明显影响。治疗后吲哒帕胺组血钾降低 ,与治疗前比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :吲哒帕胺与依那普利联合降压效果显著 ,是联合用药的理想组合

Comparison Study on Hypertension Treated by Indapamide,Enalapril and Combination of the Both

Objective:To compare the effect of indapamide,enalapril and the combination of both on treating mild and medium primary hypertension.Methods:120 cases of mild hypertension were divided into three groups:indapamide group,enalapril group and combination group.The three groups were administered single indapamide,enalepril and both indapamide and enalapril,respectively.Results:The effective rate was 57.5%,65% and 92.5% in indapamide,enalapril and combination group.No significant difference was found between indapamide group and enalapril group.But there was a significant difference among combination group,indapamide group and enalapril group.No changes of carbohydrate and fat metabolism were found in the three groups during the treatment course.Blood kalium showed a significant low level in indapamide group after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions:A good effect is obtained when using the combination of both indapamide and enalapril to treat hypertension.It is a ideal group of drug combination for hypertension.
