耳穴减轻肛肠术后疼痛的研究进展

本文综述了近10年期间应用耳穴减轻肛肠术后疼痛的进展情况。主要从选穴依据、治疗方法、存在的问题等方面进行了总结和分析。结果表明,耳穴治疗肛肠术后疼痛的选穴特点主要有经验取穴、辨证取穴和随症取穴。治疗方法有单纯耳穴法、艾灸穴位联合耳穴贴压法、耳穴配合其他疗法。常用穴位有肛门、神门、交感、皮质下、直肠下段等。存在的问题主要有各种影响治疗的因素难以掌控,临床评判疗效不统一等。

A Research Progress on relieving after Anorectal postoperative pain by Auricular therapy

This paper summary the application of anorectal surgery to alleviate pain in the auricular of progress during the past 10 years. Mainly in terms of selection of points based treatment methods, problems were summarized and analyzed. The results showed that the treatment of anorectal postoperative pain characteristics are selected acupoints experience, and with the disease syndrome acupoints acupoints. Auricular therapy has a simple method, moxibustlon combined auricular acupuncture pressure method, auricular with other therapies. Common points have anal, God the door, sympathetic, subeortical, rectum and so on. The main problems have affected the treatment of various factors difficult to control, the effect is not uniform and other clinical judgment.
