卤米松外用加黑光照射或单外用治疗白癜风自身对比的研究

目的：观察卤米松外用加黑光照射治疗白癜风的疗效；方法将我院收治并确诊的120例白癜风患者随机分为两组。对照组60例给予卤米松单纯外用治疗。而试验组60例给予卤米松外用加黑光照射治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效的差异。同时评价两组患者住院方面及治疗满意度情况。结果试验组患者临床总有效率为95.0%显著高于对照组78.3%，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；试验组患者平均住院天数及平均住院费用低于对照组，比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05）；试验组患者治疗满意率为93.3%显著高于对照组78.0%，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论卤米松外用加黑光照射治疗白癜风疗效显著。其具有较高的临床有效率。同时患者住院天数及住院费用也较低。患者对治疗满意度评价也较高。进而提高其生活质量及治疗依从性，值得临床选择。

Comparative Study between External Application of Halometasone Com-bined Black Light Irradiation and Single External Application of Halometa-sone for Treatment of Vitiligo

Objective To observe the clinical effect of external application of halometasone combined black light irradiation for treatment of vitiligo. Methods 120 patients diagnosed with vitiligo were randomly divided into 2 groups. 60 cases of control group were treated with single external application of halometasone while 60 cases of experiment group were treated with external appli-cation of halometasone combined black light irradiation. Clinical effect differences between the 2 groups were compared. Satisfac-tion conditions on hospitalization and treatment of the 2 groups were evaluated. Results Clinical effective rate of experiment group was 95.0% obviously higher than control group 78.3% （P〈0.05）;average hospital stays and average hospitalization expenses of ex-periment group were obviously lower than control group （P〈0.05）;treatment satisfaction rate of experiment group was 93.3%obvi-ously higher than control group 78.0% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion External application of halometasone combined black light irradia-tion for treatment of vitiligo has a significant clinical effect. It has a high clinical effective rate, and short hospital stays and low hospitalization expenses. And it has a high treatment satisfaction rate. It can improve life qualities and treatment compliance of pa-tients and is worth of being selected in clinical work.
