手术治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床观察及探讨

目的:探讨不同手术方法治疗肛瘘复杂性的临床疗效和优缺点,减少术后并发症和复发率。方法:本组是2003年12月到2014年3月间我科收治的部分复杂性肛瘘患者1549例,其中低位肛瘘958例,高位肛瘘591例,对不同类型的肛瘘采取不同的外科手术方法治疗。结果:本组病例均随访至少6个月,术后平均住院时间14.8,敞开伤口的愈合时间17-58天。结论:低位复杂性肛瘘多采用切缝内口引流术、开窗留桥术;高位复杂性肛瘘多采用切开挂线术,切开挂线对口引流术用于高位复杂性肛瘘的治疗可获得较好的效果。

Observation and Evaluation of Therapeutic Effect of Operations for Complex Analfistula

Objective：The clinicalcurative effect an＇do evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of different operation methods in the treat- ment of anal fistulacomplexity,reducecomplication and recurrencerate after operation. Methods： This group is the 1549 part ofcomplex anal fistula were in 2003December to 2014March in our hospital from cases, including 958 cases of low anal fistula, 591 cases of high anal fistula, surgical operation treatment methodsfor different types of anal fistula. Results： The patients were followed up for at least 6 months, the average postoperative hospital stay was 14.8, open wound healing time is 17-58 days. Conclusion： Low complexity anal fistula with slitin the mouth of drainage, windowbridging; high complex anal fistula by incision thread drawing procedure, incision and thread drawing drainage for the treatment of high complex anal fistula can obtain better effect.
