| 摘 要： | 目的探讨常规开胸手术对照胸腔镜下肺癌根治术疗效的分析。方法选取84例肺癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组44例,给予胸腔镜下肺癌根治;对照组40例,采用常规开胸根治。比较两组术后KPS评分及术中指征的变化。结果①两组术后1、2、4、6 d KPS评分比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。②治疗组与对照组术中出血量、切口长度、术后置管时间、引流量、止痛药用量、住院时间比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜下肺癌根治术可以提高患者的KPS评分,改善患者指征,具有一定的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective Efficacy analysis of conventional thoracotomy comparison thoracoscopic lung resection. Methods 84 cases who had lung cancer were divided into the treatment group and control group, treatment group （44 cases） given under thoracoscopic lung cancer, control group （40 cases） given conventional thoracotomy. Comparison KPS score and middle finger changes. Results （1）The KPS score were significantly different in 1 d, 2 d, 4 d and 6d （P〈0.05）. （2）The level of intmoperative blood loss, length of incision, postoperative catheter time, flow rate and dosage of painkiller, length of hospital stay in groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The thoracoscopie lung cancer radical can improve the KPS score, improve patient indications. |
