甲状腺黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤2例报告并文献复习

目的：探讨甲状腺黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤（Mucosa-associated Lymphoid Tissue Lymphoma,MALT-L）的发病机制、临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法：报道2例甲状腺MALT-L并复习相关文献。结果：甲状腺MALT-L多由桥本氏甲状腺炎进展而来的,临床罕见,常表现为无特异性的甲状腺单侧或双侧肿块,易被误诊,确诊需经术后病理加免疫组化检查,治疗主要是手术结合放/化疗。结论：为减少对此病的误诊,应加强对甲状腺MATL-L的认识,并做好术前细胞穿刺学检查（FNA）及术中冰冻病检。

Mucosa Associated Lymphoid Tissue Lymphoma of Thyroid Gland: Report of Two Cases and Review of Literature

Objective:To explore the pathogenesis,clinical features,diagnosis and therapy of Mucosa-associated Lymphoid Tissue Lymphoma(MALT-L) of Thyroid gland.Methods:Two patients with MALT-L of Thyroid gland treated in our hospital since 2001 were reported.The corresponding literature was reviewed.Results:MALT-L,presenting as untypical tumor in unilateral or bilateral Thyroid gland,was a rare neoplasm and generally developed from Hashimotos thyroiditis.The final diagnosis relied mainly on histopathological and immunohistochemical findings after operation.Therapy should include operation as well as radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Conclusions:MALT-L should be noticed in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases.FNA before operation and frozen biopsy during operation may reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis.
