我院常用的毒性中药及其临床合理应用

摘    要:目的:通过对北京医院(以下简称我院)现有的毒性中药品种及临床使用中应注意的问题进行概述,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:统计我院毒性中药品种,简介其药典规定用量、毒性成分、不良反应、配伍和使用禁忌、中毒救治方法及合理应用等。结果:目前我院共有草药487种,其中毒性中药占5.75%,并且包括部分药典未收载品种。结论:毒性中药在中医临床治疗中发挥重要作用,但其引起不良反应的概率大于非毒性中药,因此需要对其毒性成分和作用机理不断深入研究,并与临床实践相结合,以保障用药安全,促进毒性中药的合理应用。

Abstract:Objective: To summarize the varieties of poisonous Traditional Chinese Medicines used in Beijing Hospital and the major precautions in their clinical use,so as to provide references for their rational use.Methods: The varieties of poisonous Traditional Chinese Medicines used in Beijing Hospital were surveyed,and their dosages specified by Chinese Pharmacopoeia,toxic ingredients,adverse reactions,compatibility and contraindications,poisoning treatments and rational uses were introduced.Results: There were 487 herbal medicines in Beijing Hospital,among which 5.75% were poisonous Traditional Chinese Medicines.Some varieties have not been included in the Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion: The poisonous Traditional Chinese Medicines play important roles in clinical treatment,however,the adverse reaction rates of these medicines are much higher than non-toxic Traditional Chinese Medicines.Therefore,their poisonous constituents and action mechanisms should be researched constantly and the research should be linked with the clinical practices,so as to ensure the safe and rational use of poisonous Traditional Chinese Medicines.
