柳州市居民健康素养知晓情况调查分析

目的了解居民健康素养水平,为健康教育和健康促进工作提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,抽取柳州市柳北区4个点的居民为研究对象进行入户问卷调查,所得数据录入电脑并进行统计分析。结果市区居民健康素养总体水平为10.2%,健康理念及基本知识、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能知晓率分别为19.3%、17.5%、18.4%,具备健康素养人口比例男性、女性分别为9.8%、10.6%,年龄25～35岁间比例最高为14.7%,大专以上学历比例最高为22.2%。结论居民健康素养水平偏低,尤其低文化水平和45岁以上人群,需针对性加强健康教育和健康促进工作力度,以利于提高其健康素养水平

Investigation and analysis on the public health literacy awareness status in Liuzhou city

Objective To understand the health literacy level of residents and provide evidences for health education and health promote work.Method Adopting multistage stratified cluster sampling method to select residents of 4 places and carried out questionnaire,the data entered into the computer and developed statistical analysis.Results The health literacy level of urban residents was 10.2%,the rates of health philosophy and basis knowledge,health lifestyles and behaviors and basic skills awareness were19.3%,17.5% and 18.4%.9.8% of male and 10.6% female had health literacy and 25 to 35 years old group was the highest,it was 14.7%,over university accounted for 22.2%.Conclusions The level of health literacy was low,especially the population of low literacy and above 45 old group.we need to enhance the force of health education and promote work and improving the health literacy level.
