| 摘 要： | 通过资料回顾，显示我国的ICU专科护士培训尚缺乏衡量各培训基地教学质量的科学标准。建立一套科学、规范的ICU专科护士培训评估指标体系是顺应时代的要求，对加强ICU专科护士培训建设，确保ICU专科护士培训质量，从而提高整个医疗队伍素质，有着重大和深远的意义。

| Abstract: | It is still lack of scientific standards that training ICU nursing specialist in our country through literature review. It is a response to demands of the times to establish a scientific, standardized evaluation system of training ICU nursing specialist, and have far-reaching significance, not only strengthen the training construction of ICU nursing specialist, but also ensure the training quality of ICU nursing specialist and improve the nurses quality of whole medical team. |
